I. WHAT IS PROFANITY?

“You shall not take the name of the LORD your God in vain, for the LORD will not hold him guiltless who takes His name in vain.” (Exod. 20:7)

“Sanctify the Christ as Lord in your hearts; always ready to give an answer to any one who asks your reason for the hope that you cherish, but giving it humbly and in all reverence” (1 Pet. 3:15)
