communication from external interested parties Organization will decide whether to communicate externally its significant aspects or not. Document the decision. If yes, then establish and implement method for this communication.
Documentation
Environmental policy, objectives and targets Scope of the EMS Description of main elements of EMS and their interaction and reference to related documents Documents including records required by the standard Documents and record, decided by the organization

Control of Documents
Organization shall establish, implement and maintain a procedure (s) to

Operational Control

Organization shall establish, implement and maintain procedure for dealing nonconformities and for taking corrective action. Procedure will include
Identifying and correcting nonconformity and taking action
Investigation and determining their causes and taking actions to avoid their recurrence Record the results of corrective actions and preventive actions taken Reviewing the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions taken
Control of Records
Organization shall establish and maintain records as necessary to demonstrate conformity to the requirements of EMS
