    Society is the product of the activities ofhumans innature, but

    in time it became amonster that makes people; according to the

    culture, values,beliefs,norms, andmores which are not

    necessarily optimised

    The Sleep of Reason Produces Monsters(1797-99) is

    one of a series of etchings by the Spanish painter and

    printmaker Francisco de Goya. Thus reason went to

    sleep, and society became a system of monsters. But

    Immanuel Kant identified a ray of hope in 1784, in the

    following submission:

    The history of mankind can be seen, in the

    large, as the realization ofnatures secret

    plan to bring forth a perfectly constituted

    state as the only condition in which the

    capacities of mankind can be fully developed, and also bring forth that

    external relation among states which is perfectly adequate to this end.

    A philosophical attempt to work outa universal historyaccording to

    a natural plan directed to achieving the civic union of the human

    race must be regarded as possible and, indeed, as contributing to this

    end of nature.

    The work culture describes thesecret plan that nature has worked out througha universal

    history. In this culture, reason is awakened, and the monsters scamper for safety. It derives

    from a principle in physics that the universe is deigned to sustain intelligent beings that are

    able to create such a culture. Humans only needed to evolve into such beings in time, as

    summarised in a quote below fromStephen Hawkingon Charles Darwins natural selection:

    In any population of self-reproducing organisms, there will be

    variations in the genetic material and upbringing that different

    individuals have.

    These differences will mean that some individuals are better able

    than others to draw the right conclusions about the world around

    them and to act accordingly.

    These individuals will be more likely to survive and reproduce and

    so their pattern of behaviour and thought will come to dominate

    The work culture is founded on the following two, 2 principles:

    Phenomenology, and

    Value Creation

    The value creation paradigm recognises all humans as intelligent beings, who are

    symmetrical in their thought. Thepure number, which is calledthe fine structure constant

    and denoted by is a combination of the electron charge, e the speed of light,c and Planck's

    constant,h. Some physicists have explored the notion that if this constant had a

    sufficiently different value, the universe would be so radically different that

    intelligent life would probably not have emerged. The Universe would therefore

    seem to befine-tunedfor intelligent life. Then the anthropic principle states a logical

    truismthat the fact of our existence as intelligent beings who can measure physical

    constants requires those constants to be such that beings like us can exist.

    The symmetry derives from a law in algebra, which holds that when a number is split

    in two, 2 their product is largest when the two, 2 numbers are equal. Thus people in

    whom reason is awake think in terms of the following two, 2 principles:

    Development, and

    Growth

    This is applicable to all humans, whether they are in production, sales and marketing, or

    support services. Intelligibility is a capacity they all contribute; according to how well each

    person has developed theirs. More over, it is intelligibility that is rewarded in this paradigm.

    Phenomenology describes intelligibility to involve the conversion of thought into behaviour.

    Then people who are learned turn what they know, into what they do. They have derived the

    required energy from nature by trading thepersonal order, P-O for thenatural order, N-O.

    Then they reduce phenomena into the five, 5 essentials, as required by theperception model

    of mind, PMM. This is operationalised in the performance at task by thestandard

    procedure. This capacity is evaluated on theF-Scale, a series of which combine to form the

    Identity Kit.

    The identity kit provides a level play ground for phenomenological measurement. Broadly

    speaking,organisational value, ROIis created by the following three, 3 groups of

    personnel:

    Production staff

    Sales and marketing

    Support staff

    The support services provide the enabling environment, for production, and sales and

    marketing to perform optimally at their jobs. This is an advantage that has defied the

    appropriate quantification to date. It has been impossible to project the support services

    above the other two, 2. But the parable of the sower in the scriptures underscores the

    importance of the environment to life. The environment of the female genitalia is also critical

    in the determination of the sex of children. Moreover, the pure number or fine structure

    constant in physics is actually a factor that defines the limiting importance of the

    environment to intelligent life. Without the enabling environment, life atrophies, and cannot

    survive. This includes the loss of the possibility to make money, which theprofit and loss

    paradigm has so clearly projected.

    The value creation paradigm neither projects nor marginalises any of the three groups of

    personnel that contribute to the making ofROI. Rather, it goes beyond the ROIand the

    environment, EB to evaluate thepeople value, Caccording to their capacities to create both

    ROIandEB. TheROIis derived from thefactor-C, according to the following relationship:

    ROI = 2X1,X = 1 / (1(1 / C))

    And the environment,EB is evaluated as the reciprocal ofreward, Rw as follows:

    EB = 2 / Rw,

    Rw = (Nu x Crd)

    Crd = 27 / P4

    Credibility, Crdis the extent to which thepersonswill, P4 is committed to a task, inalignment with the intellect and the emotion. It is best at a unity, for Crd = 1, when the

    person is able to identify up to twenty-seven, 27 components of the phenomenon in question.

    AtNu = 4 therefore, reward would be best at duality, forRw = 2. Thengreedwould beeliminated when these best performers take away only twice theROIthat they make. The

    rest is re-invested, to make the business environment,EB more liquid and therefore

    conducive for better business. This is actually an objective operationalisation of the defunct

    socialist dictum as follows:

    From each, according to their abilities, C

    To each, according to their needs, Nu, Crd

    When greed minimises, so doespoverty. Given enough resources for ten, 10 people for

    instance. If only two, 2 of the people misappropriate the resources to themselves, then the

    other eight, 8 would be impoverished. In addition to recommending the appropriate reward,the value creation paradigm stabilises the psych, when waste is minimised by increased

    efficiency. Consequently, greed is attacked from both the conscious and the sub-conscious

    ends.
