Comments: Inspection Report #3 verified that erosion controls have been properly installed. Since the construction project is beyond the active season for eastern box turtle, wood turtle or vernal pool herpetofauna, no further inspections are recommended in compliance with the approved species protection plans. Completion of construction is anticipated to occur prior to the spring 2016 active period for these species, which would begin April 1st (for turtles) and March 1st (herpetofauna migration). If construction activities are still occurring on March 1, 2016, please immediately contact Dean Gustafson, Senior Environmental Scientist with All-Points Technology Corp. at (860) 663-1697 ext. 201 or dgustafson@allpointstech.com to schedule an inspection.

Project Modification Requested: Extra Work Space Requested ☐ Change to Work Area ☒ Description of Modification: Per town request, stockpile area was changed from the northeast side of the construction area to the northwest. Area consists of existing cleared area with soil piles just to the north. Erosion control limits were modified to enclose this area. See attached sketch map.
