    To begin to assess and find a relationship between the aforementioned terms, we mst first loo!

    consider contries in the )aribbean sch as Trinidad * Tobago and +renada to name a few, since

    these contries fall into the scope of this concept$

    particlar importance as the% will be most greatl% affected b% their effects$ /n e0ample of this

    can be seen in the aldives where hndreds of metres of shoreline has alread% been lost$

    /lso since these contries have been classified as being developing nations, it is important that

    their practices be in !eeping with International "tandards as it relates to "stainable

    #evelopment and at the same time redcing their )arbon 2ootprint$ )arbon Trading alsoencorages both these developing and developed nations to redce their carbon emissions$

    Therefore, the onl% wa% to ensre that both arms of the "I#" concept are satisfied it is integral

    that sond environmental engineering practices are sed$ It is also important to note that
