Classes 1-12: $1 per entry
Classes 13-18: Free entry. Enter only on Junior Form

Conditions of Entry
1) Photos may be in either colour or black and white.
2) How To Enter - Bring your entry forms, fees and suitably mounted photos to the Singleton Showground on TUESDAY 15th Sept 2014 between 10am and 4pm only. Pay your entry fees in the Secretary's Office, and then bring your entry forms and exhibits to the Stewards in the Pavilion for processing.
3) Photos must be no larger than 15cm x 20cm (6" x 8"), and mounted on or behind light weight to medium weight cardboard, with maximum borders on the top and both sides of no more than 2.5cm (1"), with a wider border of 3.8cm (1.5") on the bottom, to allow room for the title and the Steward’s identification label. All photos must be titled.
4) Name and Class Number MUST be placed on the MIDDLE BACK of the photo, so the Stewards can place the velcro tabs on the corners.
5) All photos must be the original work of the exhibitor and must not have won a prize in this section at any previous Singleton Show.
6) Exhibitors are limited to THREE photos in each class and no photo

may be entered in more than one class.
7) How To Collect Exhibits After The Show: All exhibits and prize money MUST be picked up from the Stewards in the Pavilion on SUNDAY 27th Sept 2015 only between 10am and 4pm only.
8) Exhibitors enter at their own risk and must make no claims from the NAA for loss, damage or injury. Every possible care will be taken by the NAA Stewards.
PHOTOGRAPHY NOVICE CLASSES A 'Novice' must not have worked professionally as a photographer nor
have won a Champion prize nor a Reserve Champion prize at any previous photography competition.
Class RN1 Novice Open – Any subject Class RN2 A photo of one or more people working, playing or resting Class RN3 At the beach, in the bush, in the garden or on the farm
PHOTOGRAPHY OPEN CLASSES
Open to all photographers
Class R4 Open – Any subject
Class R5 A photo that includes water in a rain/dew drop, puddle, creek, river, flood or ocean
Class R6
Centenary of ANZAC. Any aspect of Australia’s military history, e.g., parades, personalities, momentos, memorials etc. Best photo wins an additional award of $25 kindly donated by Partners of Veterans Support Group, Singleton
Class R7 Creative Photo – May be abstract, manipulated or experimentally developed
Class R8 Buildings, Household Items, Machinery, Tools or Vehicles Class R9 Clouds, Sunlight, Moonlight, Shadows or Reflections

Class R10 A photo of one or more people at work or play Class R11 A photo of any group of three or more subjects or objects

A Sequence or Group (2, 3, 4, 5 or 6) of standard size photos 15cm x 10 cm (6” x 4”) on a single mount with no more than 2.5 cm (1”) between the photos. The photos may touch. The maximum size of the mount to be 38cm x 38cm (15” x 15”) or 30cm x 45cm (12” x 18”)

Conditions of Entry
1) Exhibits must conform with all Conditions of Entry.
2) How To Enter: Bring your entry forms, fees and ready to hang artworks to the Singleton Showground on Tuesday 15th Sept 2015 between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. only. Pay your entry fees in the Secretary's Office, then bring your entry forms and artworks to the Stewards in the Pavilion for processing.
3) All Open Class artworks must be complete with frame (if applicable) with cord securely attached for immediate hanging.
4) All Junior Class artworks must be framed with cord securely attached for immediate hanging, or mounted on cardboard with a 2.5cm or 5.0cm (1" or 2") border.
5) Name, Class Number, Title Of Entry, and Price (if for sale) MUST be placed on the back of the entry.
6) All entries must be the original work of the exhibitor and must not have won a prize in this section at any previous Singleton Show.
7) Entries may be offered for sale, with 10% commission to the NAA.
