I. Executive Summary Today in women’s golf, there are over 2,600 Girl Junior golfers in the world who are registered with the Junior Golf Scoreboard. In 2009, there were 122 Non-Americans from 27 countries on the LPGA Tour (Ladies Professional Golf Association). There are 9,017 golfers on the Women’s World Golf Rankings; Therefore, women’s golf style is very unique and stylish. However, some of the clothing in women’s golf is a challenge to find for many women golfers. Our business, H&H Golf Clothing would like to open a retail store for female golfers. H&H Golf Clothing would also include for women the following: skorts, mini shorts, pant, collared shirts (sleeveless and cap sleeved), jackets, and pullovers in our stores for a reasonable price. Every woman should be creative with her outfits and should not have to pay so much money for golf clothes worn on the course or in public. 1

I. Executive Summary

find for many women golfers. Our business, H&H Golf Clothing would like to open a

retail store for female golfers. H&H Golf Clothing would also include for women the

her outfits and should not have to pay so much money for golf clothes worn on the course

Our mission at H&H Golf Clothing is to make the buying process for the

customer more efficient, simple, and have a wide variety compared to other retail stores.

The Objectives for H&H Golf Clothing are:

1) Sponsor College Golfer who are going into the LPGA

2) Provide customers with a wide variety of golf clothes, and excellent

services. Also, track ratings by the surveys and reviews on our web

site.

3) Create an efficient and easy web site. We will survey the efficiency of

the web site based upon the stickiness of the web site.

II. PROPOSED BUSINESS/PRODUCT/SERVICE

A. Explanation of Product

H&H Golf Clothing is a retail store with golf clothing for all female golfers to

choose from. The shorts and skorts (skirt with shorts underneath built in) come in

various and patterns, sizes, and different lengths. Also, our capped short sleeved,

sleeveless, long sleeved shirts, and pullover jackets come in many interchangeable colors.

Our products are mainly made out of cotton and polyester which makes the golfer

comfortable. Now when the golfer swings the club, it gives them a more comfortable

feeling while spending their time and improving their swing out on the course.

B. Description of the opportunity that exists

Most women, when looking for specific golf clothing, find it difficult to be

successful at finding the right size or pattern. In these sports stores, there is a limited

selection of clothing for women to choose from. Whatever happened to women’s golf

clothing becoming popular in unlimited styles with all patterns, sizes, colors, and prices?

No matter the style of the clothing for women in golf, our brand will have unlimited

styles to display on and off the course.

C. Description of the Target Market

Women’s golf clothes show that they respect the game of golf and are respected

by others on the course. The colors and patterns of our clothing will show these women

how their style relates to their normal clothing. H& H Golf Clothing is aiming for female

golfers between the ages of 16-25 to wear these styles out on the course while looking

professional. Therefore, our main goal is to reach out to these young female golfers and

show them how easy it is to find these items in the various colors and sizes.

III. RATIONAL AND FEASIBILITY

A. Trend

H&H Golf Clothing provides many outfits and styles of golf clothing for women

to mix and match. During the summer and spring, the most popular items for women to

wear on the golf course is skorts and shorts with a sleeveless collared shirt. During the

fall and winter months, women usually wear sweatpants, leggings with a skort and a

sleeved shirt with a pull over jacket to keep warm while on the course. No matter the

colors, the outfit shows the personality and style of the golfer.

B. Differentiation

Unlike retailers and sports stores, we will have a majority of all sizes and styles

of golf clothing for women to find easily while paying a reasonable amount of money.

H&H Golf Clothing will add any certain product to our store at any given time. If any

specific style, color, or size is not in the store, we can order from the manufacturer to the

shop from where the originally product came from.

C. Potential

Our business would also reach out to non-golfers in the community and in the

business. This allows customer loyalty based on a great shopping experience and

bringing repeat customers, as well as their families and friends. This increases earning

potential significantly with each new customer in our business. H&H Golf Clothing will

receive 50% markup from all outfits and clothes in the store. We would get our supplies

from manufacturers such as: Nike, Under Armour, Adidas, etc. Also, we would have an

official web site where our products would be displayed and buyers can order the product

for shipping after confirming the order. Our company will promote and send discounts

through Facebook, Pinterest, and Youtube.

IV. CONCLUSION

As you can see, H&H Golf Clothing would provide many opportunities for

women to find what they need to wear out on the golf course. With the stores in the

community, it would be an advantage for these female golfers; Therefore, we ask you to

consider financing our company. If you will visualize the need for this company, you

will see that it is a great investment that will help female golfers find exactly what they
