I want to be a business giant in RMG sector.

Vision:My vision is to be a big business man in garments industry in Bangladesh.

Mission:To achieve my vision I want to be a businessman.

Objective:To become a Successful businessman my objectives are given below:-

    1) Getting an education: It is important that I know the fundamentals of running a business. Illcomplete my BBA, MBA for basic knowledge of business. Ill also gather knowledge of

    garment industry.

    2) Develop my interpersonal skills: Not only I will need these skills to manage my employees, butalso to negotiate deals and contracts, communicate effectively with the public and network with

other industry professionals. To be a businessman Ill practice the following: Ill make a point to appreciate the workand input of others. Ill practice active listening. This means acknowledging what other people say by

repeating it back to them in my own words, as I understand it to be. Ill pay attention to others. Be proactive about noticing others' feelings, words and body

language. And Ill connect people. A successful businessman is a hub through which

other interpersonal connections are made. Promote an environment that brings peopletogether by treating people equally and fairly, and encouraging them to work together.

Ill take a leadership role when it comes to resolving conflicts. Ill act as the mediator, rather than involving myself personally.

    3) Pursue my dreams of business success with passion. It is not enough to just want to be abusinessman. A passion for success is what will make my stand out from the average.

    4) Hiring carefully. My employees are my support network, and are necessary to my businesssuccess. Ill hire only people who are skilled and competent, and Ill sure to consider how wellmy employees will mesh as a team when choosing my hires.

    5) Ill manage my finances with my business's well being in mind . Custom suits and a largeoffice may be tempting, but reinvesting in your business should be top priority if you aim to be asuccessful businessman.

    6) Seeking the guidance of a mentor. Choose to develop a relationship with a businessman whosecareer I would like to emulate. I may find this mentor through social circles or by researching

businesses that I deem as successful and asking for advice.

    7) Ill take calculated risks. I must take some chances and step outside the norm in order to becomea businessman that stands out amongst competitors. This means accepting the inevitability ofsmall failures and learning to see them as opportunities for growth. Ill Plan my ventures carefully

and hedge as much risk as I can, but Ill alsoprepare for the occasional setback.

    Goal:

Ill achieve my goal around 10 years.
