UClub Kitchen TeamI am pleased to introduce a new
member to our culinary team.
Michael Allin. He is a local Red Seal
Chef who has worked at several hotels
including Hotel Grand Pacific &
Harbour Towers Hotel.
You will see some changes coming
in May beginning with the Camas
Dining Room menu where Michael
will add his own style to it.
Following this, the Main Dining
Room menu will also be updated
with a focus on sustainable
seafood and local produce.

this Spring.
