Pro-Watch 4.3.5 New Upgrade Process

Software upgrades now require a new license

• Starting with Pro-Watch 4.3.5, all customers wishing to upgrade their current system

MUST secure a new license

- Customers may no longer use an existing license when upgrading their systems

- Customers who do not secure a new license will be unable to license

their installation

The system will default to the “demo mode” only

• Process for acquiring a license DOES NOT CHANGE

- Customers contact BDM to request license

- Inside Sales provides customer with new license

- Customer downloads and installs software using their new license

• Notification of change will be sent to Dealers and Certified Pro-Watch Installers via email

as part of launch activities
