She has worked in the Salt Lake City office since 2005 and prior to that gained valuable experiencing working with the valuation associates of Cushman & Wakefield in Phoenix, Arizona. She earned her MBA from Arizona State University. Kami works throughout Utah with primarily geographic experience being along the Wasatch Front. Her experience includes the appraisal of commercial properties consisting of apartments, office, retail, industrial, senior housing, restaurant, medical office, residential subdivisions, data centers, car washes and other special use properties. Kami works with both local and national lenders, property owners, and investors on a fee assignment basis. She is looking to expand her network and always enjoys the opportunity to meet and work with new people. As a member of CREW, Kami serves on the philanthropic committee and is committed to extending CREW’s community involvement.
