Master Designation and Workgroup Program
Your Enterprise Membership will also include seats in our Master Designation and Workgroup program. This brand new program includes our HCS or SWP class and certification followed by the corresponding Master HCS or SWP class and quarterly peer workgroup meetings. Master candidates will work with HCI Senior Faculty and peer-based workgroups to develop a business case practicum, apply key course concepts and principles to actual problems that their organization faces. Members share their knowledge, experience and insight, focusing together to solve their most difficult challenges. The workgroups offer flexibility by meeting in eight cities across the US and offering virtual meetings.
