On the Enterprise Fundraising Platform you can manage Peer-to-Peer fundraising events where individuals can register, start & join teams, recruit teammates, solicit friends & family, track fundraising results, and thank donors directly. Fully branded fundraising pages, where donors can make one-time or monthly donations in honor, in tribute, or in memory. 1. Event Registration – Collect participant information, waivers, event questions, registration types,

register others, registration fees, early birds, family/group discounts, multi-locations. 2. Personal fundraising pages – All participants can personalize their own online fundraising page with

text, multiple photos, and multiple videos. All FrontStream fundraising pages have built in email tools to make it easy for fundraisers to import their address books and send their personal pages to all their contacts. All pages provide easy intuitive access to popular social networking sites like Facebook and Twitter to spread the word virally.

3. Teams – Any participants may create or join a fundraising team. Team captains have additional

capabilities to recruit, communicate, manage team results, and team reporting. Teams have their own unique team page, content, and goals, and can accept donations directly as well.

4. “Super” Teams – Do you have national groups like corporations, fraternity or sorority organizations

that participate in your fundraising events? Groups like these can participate across the country and have a national spotlight page for visibility & rankings, yet still have local fundraising teams at the location level, so best of both worlds.

5. Multichannel donations – Donors who want to give will be able to make a donation and even send an optional eCards (one-time credit card donations, recurring donations, mobile donations, on Facebook, PayPal, Electronic Check.)

6. Email – Nonprofits use HTML email template auto responders to personalize content sent to

registrants, donors, team captains, and all of the above based on event, location, amount raised/donated, behaviors, etc. Custom HTML emails can also be scheduled and triggered for event communication to different segments leading up to the event. Individual fundraisers can also import their personal address books into FrontStream to email their donors and manage solicitations.

7. Funds are deposited directly into your merchant account - Donations are processed through your payment gateway and funds directly flow into your merchant account. You have immediate access to 100% of funds. FrontStream processes your donations through our FrontStream credit card payment gateway. On donor credit card statements donations your nonprofit’s name will appear, not FrontStream.

8. Tax receipts - FrontStream automatically emails your tax receipts to donors. You can customize the ‘From” address and message as well as the content of these emails. It’s important that these emails are seen to come from you and not a 3rd party provider.

9. Reporting and data - FrontStream provides access to real time reports. Standard reports can be

accessed online, downloaded in .csv, .xls, and .xml formats, or exported and integrated as a

scheduled web service.

Professional Services. Professional Services are a value add group of experts whose focus is campaign set up & design, data connection, and special custom projects. They are available to all clients for additional services that are required above and beyond the standard platform offerings.

3rd Party and Personal Campaigns. Clients can also launch on-going fundraising programs revolving around personal activities tied to raising money for your cause, for example birthdays, anniversaries, memorials, weddings, tributes, holidays, project based fundraising, awareness month appeals, endurance sports, school or company fundraisers.
