A City Deal to help deliver Our Vision•A single approach (based on the regional labour market) to measuring the economic & fiscal impacts of potential projects – to establish a single set of priorities for investment.

•A clear & integrated regional infrastructure strategy and delivery plan.

•Establish a £1bn Infrastructure Fund to accelerate economic growth; enhance productivity across the region and tackle inequalities.

•Develop a regional Low Carbon Fund.

•Building on and accelerating SESPlan’s vision for place and its Action Plans.

• Greater autonomy/ decision-making power at regional level.
