Enterprise Asset ManagementEAM Excellence – Preventive Maintenance
Audit. Tax. Consulting. Financial Advisory.
Improves your preventive maintenance solution
Typical business challenges
• High maintenance costs e.g. staff maintenance, spare parts and preventive maintenance.
• High additional costs for external service providers.
• Missing transparency and inconsistencies of existing value streams.
• Antiquated tools (paper based, different XLS plans and versions).
• Full potential of performance and/or condition based maintenance not used.
• Route planning and optimisation.
• Regulatory issues, e.g. documentation of deviations, selection of tolerances.
Depending on your maturity we can save you up to 50 % of your preventive maintenance costs.
EAM Excellence Initiative
An Excellence Initiative will be done in three steps:
• As-Is-Analysis and target state definition.
• Concept.
• Realisation and Go Life.
As-Is Analysis and a target state definition will be delivered in a series of workshops for all plants in scope. We provide business case models and can demonstrate SAP based prototypes to you and your business.
In the concept phase topics like determination of maintenance strategies, technical integration of assets, performance and condition as well as organisational questions and the realisation approach are discussed and described in a conceptual document.
In the realisation phase we will support you, your business and your IT during the implementation of the changes within your organisation, your processes and your IT infrastructure.
