One of Manchester’s fi nest examples of industrial heritage, the Grade II* Listed Waulk Mill was refurbished and converted into offi ces in 2002. It has since attracted an eclectic mix of tenants including digital design agencies, architects and public sector bodies - many of which have been based at Waulk Mill since its refurbishment. Its popularity means space rarely comes available and when it does, it doesn’t usually last very long.
