your wedding from the ceremony through to the celebrations afterwards.

The Marriage Notification Process:

You must attend, in person, at the office of the Registrar by prior appointment to give at least three months notification of your intention to marry. At this consultation you will be presented with a

Marriage registration form. While only three months notice is required by law it is advisable to contact the Registrar well before the intended date of marriage to receive a timely appointment.

At this meeting with the Registrar you will be asked for the following: Full evidence of name, address, age, marital status and nationality.

In general you will be asked to produce passports as I.D., original final decrees in respect of previous divorce (if applicable), and P.P.S. numbers of the couple.

The Registrar will advise if any additional official documentation is required. You will also be asked for the details of the marriage, the intended date,

the names and date of births of witnesses and details of the venue.The Marriage notification can be given to any Registrar,

the HSE will advise you of the contact details that are closest to you.You will then need to meet our Wedding Co-ordinator who will complete

the particulars on the documentation that apply to venue.

Civil Ceremony Set-up: €300

TERMS & CONDITIONSA non-refundable deposit of €1,000 is payable along with a signed copy

of the Terms & Agreement form to secure your booking.

Provisionally bookings will be held for 14 days. If not confirmed the date will be released.

Wedding Menu must be confirmed 1 month prior to Wedding date.

Cancellation within 6 months of Wedding date will require 25% paymentand within 1 month will require 75% payment of estimated Wedding bill.

The cancellation fee will not apply if the date is resold.

Approximate numbers should be given one month in advance and final numbers, with Table Plans 48 hours in advance.

Saturday Weddings – Minimum No: 150 AdultsMon – Fri. Weddings – Minimum No: 100 AdultsParties of 100 or less Bespoke Package Available

The final number is the minimum number you will be charged for on the day, should your numbers increase you will be charged for the larger number.

Bridal Party is expected to arrive for your Reception Dinner punctually inorder to ensure best quality & service.

Only Food & Drink purchased on the premises may be consumed on the premises

Accommodation for Wedding guests will be confirmed on receipt of €50 deposit per room. Deposit is non-refundable

The final account must be settled in full before departure from the hotel.

All prices quoted include VAT and service. Should the rate of VAT increase, the prices will vary accordingly.

Management reserves the right to vary menus & prices in line with market demand.

The Mulroy Woods Hotel reserves the right to cancel or refund deposits in circumstances when a booking is made through a third party or under false pretences. Prospective clients must meet a

member of management by appointment or prior to acceptance of the deposit.

The Mulroy Woods Hotel reserves the right to amend charges/costs of the product being supplied to the client in the event of changes in the rate of tax,

introduction of a government levy, or as a result of unforeseen supplier increases due to the market demand and/or lack of supply of the requested products.
