CARPORT USAGE AND EXTERIOR ALTERATIONS

• Carports should be used for parking vehicles only – any items stored would be considered an obstruction and a violation of the Community Rules

• Attaching bamboo shoots/mesh to garden doors and boundary walls is not permitted

• Cabins, pergolas and canopies should not be installed without permission

• Placing pots, statues, lights, fences, lanterns, basketball hoops, name tags, signs and other structures on the common area boundary wall, gates or in common areas is not allowed

• Installation of satellite dishes on the roof top, balconies or in any place visible from common areas is not permitted

• Enclosing balconies to extend rooms within villas is not allowed

PROPER GARBAGE DISPOSAL

• Garbage bins should be placed within the boundary walls of your villa and not in common areas

• In the interest of hygiene, it is recommended that you regularly clean your garbage bin and the surrounding area

• To help reduce bad odour, tightly tie up your garbage bag before placing it in the bin

• Recycled garbage will be collected once a week – recyclable items must be placed next to the garbage bin within the villa premises for collection

• Dumping of any type of garbage or other waste material in common areas is strictly prohibited

• Garbage collection will be done by the waste collection service provider, three times a week

• For bulk waste collection, you may contact Imdaad (800 8200) or any other service provider of your choice

IMPORTANT NOTEIn case of non-compliance with the Community Rules, offenders will be issued with a Notice of Violation followed by a penalty. Additionally, local authorities may also be involved in the matter.
