    OASIS - Online Access to Student Inormation ServicesOASIS is Curtins student portal. Through OASIS students are provided with access to their student record

    (eStudent), the Ofcial Communications Channel (OCC) and a range o other online services including a studentemail account and learning support systems.

    It is a condition o enrolment at Curtin that students activate their OASIS account and access OASIS atleast once a week to receive ofcial communications rom the University via the OCC.

    Students may be granted exemption rom the requirement to access OASIS in exceptional circumstances only.Please check www.oasis.curtin.edu.au or more inormation.

    I you have changed your name or citizenship status since last enrolling you will need to submit original documentation or original certifeddocumentation with this orm so that we can update your details. You will be required to submit a new Request or CommonwealthSupport and HECS-HELP Form/Request or FEE-HELP Form (i applicable). An electronic version o the HECS-HELP and FEE-HELP orms

    (eCAF) is available via eStudent in OASIS. Go to the My eCAF tab in eStudent to complete online.I you have changed your course, please ensure you complete a new HECS-HELP or FEE-HELP orm (i applicable).

    GUILD MEMBERSHIPUnder the Curtin University o Technology Act, all students automatically become members o the Student Guild on enrolment. In order that theGuild may provide services to you whilst you are a member, your name, student ID number, preerred contact address, home phone number,email addresses, gender, year o birth, course o study, campus location and other basic enrolment details will be made available to the Guild.These details will remain confdential.You may elect not to become a member o the Guild at the time o enrolment or may resign rom the Guild at any time ater enrolment. I youelect not to become a member, your details will not be provided to the Guild. I you resign rom the Guild, the Guild will no longer have access toyour details and you will cease to be eligible or membership benefts. I you do not wish to be a member o the Guild, you will need to completea orm advising that you do not wish to be a member.
