2014-2015 Enrollment Tool-kit: For the 2014-2015 School Year, Orange Crescent School has moved its enrollment application online. To assist

parents in adjusting to the shift, we have created a tool-kit to walk you through the enrollment process! The flowchart below summarizes the process while the rest of the tool-kit will walk you through the details:

All families who have completed the enrollment application will be contacted regarding their enrollment status.

ownloading Additional Documents: There are multiple documents that must be download and filled out before your application is complete. These are:D

Family Financial Agreement Acceptable Use Policy Home Language Survey (new families only)

These can be downloaded at the Documents tab under the Family section as shown above.

ubmitting Additional Document: Before submitting the additional documents, please review the family and student checklists. Items under the family checklist should be submitted one per family while items under student are one per student. Once you have collected all of the documents, there

are two options for submission:S

Turning them into the Orange Crescent School main office Uploading the files onto your online enrollment application

If you choose to upload your documents, you can access this option via the Documents tab underneath each student’s name. Remember to review your checklist so you don’t miss any documents

nce you have completed all sections of the online enrollment application, a green button saying “Ready to submit” will appear above the Enrollment Road map. Once you have reviewed your information, you may submit your application. O

confirmation email will be sent to you highlighting the next steps in your enrollment process. If you have chosen not to upload any documents, you must turn in the required documents to the main OCS office in addition to paying the registration fees at the accounting office. A
