Login to the EWP. Step 4. Complete enrollment information. Be sure to select the correct Enrollment Type (Question 1). See special information about Departments (Question 8). Step 5. When you have completed the form, click Save. If you create an enrollment record by mistake, you can delete it once it is saved, but not after it is submitted. If you have only one pay cycle and it’s “blank,” you can leave Department (Question 8) blank. For KP&F members, please use the table on the next page to enroll members in the correct department.

The employer web portal (EWP) is a secure web site where you can complete many KPERS business functions. Login to the EWP.

Step 4. Complete enrollment information. Be sure to select the correct Enrollment Type (Question 1).See special information about Departments (Question 8).

Step 7. After KPERS processes the enrollment, you will receive a message board verification.Step 8. After receiving verification, look up the new employee for member type and contribution rate.
