Enroll an iOS device

Getting started

Enrolling your devices with the AirWatch app is the only way to make sure our company information can

remain secure. Because of security requirements, in order to receive corporate emails on your phone,

you must enroll your phone to the Weight Watchers AirWatch environment. Please follow the following

instructions step-by-step to enroll your device.

AirWatch Installation and Enrollment Step-by-Step for iOS

This guide covers the installation of AirWatch for all devices running iOS (essentially, iPhones and iPads).

All versions of iOS are supported, even the newest iOS 8. Therefore, the steps should be the same:

remove corporate email account, install the AirWatch app, enroll, secure your device, and access your

emails.

1. Remove Email Account Before your start installing Airwatch, remove your corporate email account (Exchange ActiveSync) if you

currently receive your corporate emails on your device. Otherwise, move directly to section 2 of this

guide.

a) Tap Settings.

Before you start, make sure you are connected to a Wifi network, that you know your Apple ID and password, and that your device is fully charged or plugged in to a power source

b) Scroll down and tap Mail, Contacts,

Calendars.

c) Tap on your current Weight Watchers email

account

d) Tap on “Delete Account” at the bottom of the screen

2. Install AirWatch app

Tap on the App Store icon on your phone to be

taken to the iOS App Store.

a) Tap “Search” and enter “AirWatch” to

search for the app “

b) You will see the “AirWatch MDM Agent”

c) Tap the “Get” button to download

the AirWatch MDM Agent in the top

Use your existing Apple account to access the App Store or follow this link to create an Apple ID: https://appleid.apple.com/account

right corner of the screen. Tap on it to

begin the installation (you will be

prompted to enter your Apple ID and

password)

e) You will see the new app appear on

your phone when it is fully

downloaded

3. Enroll your device

Once the AirWatch MDM Agent has been

installed, open the application by tapping on the

AirWatch app on your home screen.

The first step is to establish a connection with

the AirWatch console.

a) You will be presented with a welcome

screen with an option to either “Please

enter your work email address” ex.

firstname.lastname@weightwatchers.

com

b) If you do not have a

weightwatchers.com email address

please contact the helpdesk.

c) Tap “Done” to close keyboard and

“Continue” to continue the installation

process.

d) Provide your WW user name and

password to authenticate your device.

e) Select Corporate – Dedicated when

enrolling your corporate device.

First tap on the arrow pointing down and

then selecting the ownership that

applies in the lower part of the screen.

Tap “Continue” when you are done

Your web browser will briefly open and

close confirming that you authenticated

successfully and that you are now ready

to start enrollment

f) On the next screen you will be asked to

install a device profile.

i) Tap on “Install” button to begin the

installation process

g) You will then be prompted to enter your

device Passcode “The passcode must

not have ascending or descending

characters”

h) Tap “Install” to confirm installation of

Installation of Profile.

i) Once the profile has been installed, you

will receive a Profile Verified screen.

Please read the profile installation

warning, and proceed by tapping on

“Install.”

Note: This security warning applies to

WW data stored on the device. On

your corporate issued phone, this can

apply to all data on the device.

j) Tape “Trust” to allow enrollment of

device into remote management.

k) After the installation is completed tap

“Done” to proceed to next step.

Depending on your connection speed,

the enrollment phase may take some

time.

Your web browser will briefly open and close

again

l) Once the enrollment has completed, a

success screen will appear

Note: If you do not tap “Continue” within

a few minutes, the agent will

automatically redirect you to the next

screen)

m) The agent may ask you to share the

device’s location, Tap “Ok”

n) A successfully enrolled device will look

something like this:

4. Secure your device

a) Tap on the home button to get to the home

screen.

b) If you don’t have a 6-digit passcode, you will

be prompted to create a new one to secure

your device.

Note:

The passcode must be created within

60 minutes of installation. If you chose

to create passcode later, the device will

be prompting you every minute to create

one)

The passcode must be 6 numbers

minimum.

You now have installed and enrolled the

AirWatch MDM Agent on your iOS device

successfully! You can now proceed to access

your emails in the next steps.

5. Access your emails

To access your Weight Watchers email, tap on

the email app icon from the home screen and

enter your WW email password.

Your emails will be downloaded to your phone.

Depending on your connection speed, it may

take some time to sync your email with the

server, after which you should be able to access

your emails.
