Allocate days and rooms re: availability LH/DP/SR/CH

Send letter to new staff to inform them of Clubs LH/DP

Post Clubs on VLE daily for responses – transfer responses onto SIMS in order of receipt.- Log into VLE and open any new responses.- Filter through each Form Group’s completed Spreadsheet and allocate Enrichment spaces on SIMS in order of receipt,

ensuring classes are not oversubscribed.- Chase staff.

Amend choices list and update VLE with classes which are full to ensure further students do not choose classes they cannot attend.

- As clubs become full, remove them from the spreadsheet on VLE and the options poster.- Send updated lists to form tutors who have not yet replied.

Allocate where possible remaining students.- Send a list of unallocated students to tutors of undersubscribed clubs to mop them up.- If spaces are left in other Enrichment groups with similar subjects / themes, allocate students to these groups by

checking their preferences and their timetables on SIMS including Year groupings.

Direct Inclusion Dept. / teachers to SIMS registers to ensure the students allocated are suitable.- E-mail explaining how to access these lists.- I may have to e-mail a list of students if staff cannot access this information themselves.
