Electronic PO box for post and messages from public authorities to businesses and private citizens
In June 2005 all private citizens and every Norwegian company were given their own electronic PO box in Altinn.
The functionality for electronic dialogue was the most significant development in Altinn last year. However –the great increase in dialogue transactions is predicted for this year…

– ”I am very pleased with Altinn. Now I can focus on running my business rather than filling in forms.”
– ”Without Altinn I would probably have to hire an accountant, or even an extra employee. Anyway; either alternative would have become a large expense item in my accounts.”
– ”I believe that Altinn is a contributor to make small businesses a success. Especially in the early phase when most of the energy has to be directed to the actual running of the business.”
