The façade has been carefully considered by the architects; seeking out authentic materials and finishes to ensure the building blends seamlessly with the surrounding area. The roof form takes inspiration from the steep slate rooftops of Artillery Row and the beautifully handmade bricks (from a traditional brick factory in Leicester) were carefully chosen to add character. Intricate, Victorian style balustrades have been created by ironmongery specialists Millimetre for a truly authentic finish; the superb levels of craftsmanship and the outstanding quality of the design and build are unmistakeable.

From the detail of the windows, to the pattern of the brickwork,
