FROM CONCEPT TO FINAL PRODUCT

Workmanship

All production processes undergo regular tests. Even the further steps like sawing, drilling, laser work, stamping or painting are done by KETTLER employees, who have extensive knowledge and experience in their field.

Tube Bending

We have been manufacturing electrically welded precision steel pipes in our own pipework to DIN standards for over 30 years. First class material quality as well as an incredibly high level of workmanship are put into the product from the very start.

Testing

After bending, the tubes are tested to check how well they keep their exact radius – this ensures the perfect dimensional accuracy.

Ready for Mounting

The final steps and processes of assembly are done with the highest care and precision by a team of experienced workers.

Creation and Construction

A first thought, an innovation, a new product – this is where ideas become reality. The individual development cycles are created on a computer using a CAD program. They are then turned into design drawings and blueprints.

Raw Materials

Only premium quality raw materials from selected suppliers are used for production in the KETTLER plants.

All KETTLER swings are equipped with safety ropes made of Multifil polypropylene: The rope filaments are low-stretch, UV-stable and 100 % non-fraying. Safety suspension according to EN 71-8.

The gondola swing and glider are attached on the swing frame using a safety suspension system. Safety and quality at the highest level – guaranteeing carefree swinging fun.
