ncreases in internal users and applications such as video conferencing, VoIP, Online Ordering, ERP, and other bandwidth-intensive applications make keeping up with enterprises’ bandwidth
demands a difficult task. A solution featuring Quality of Service, Load Balancing, and other useful functions can greatly enhance a network’s capability and efficiency.
Neteyes Network Co., Ltd. introduces the most complete solution for load balancing - the Neteyes C1000, which can meet even the highest enterprise demands. The five major features of the C1000 are Network Backup/ Integration, Intelligent Load Balancing, VPN Load Balancing, Economical Bandwidth Upgrade, and Network Security/Monitoring. These features will let you have a fast, efficient, and reliable non-stop network environment on a limited budget, with limited resources.

Automatic detection and display of connection status
System disconnection alarm
Intelligent Load Balance
In addition to combining the bandwidth over all the WAN links, the C1000 allows you to balance network traffic over each link according to the ISP bandwidth and different usage situations. The C1000's outbound load balancing allows internal users' Internet usage to be distributed across the WAN links according to the rules set. This lets the C1000 use the existing WAN links in the most efficient manner possible.
G The link with fewer Hops will deal with network flow first.Least Number of Hops
F The link with shortest request-responding time will deal with network flow first.Least Response Time
E The link with better quality will deal with network flow first.Best Link Quality
D The link with lower cost will deal with network flow first.Link Cost
CNetwork traffic is routed to the WAN that has the least amount of traffic. Besides, upload and download traffic can be routed separately.Traffic Mode
BTraffic is automatically directed to the WAN that has the least amount of open sessions. Users may define a maximum number of sessions.Session Mode
ANetwork traffic flows from WAN1, WAN2 to WAN3, in circular fashion. The WAN with bigger bandwidth can be set to have more loading.Round robin Mode

VPN Load Balance
A VPN (Virtual Private Network) enables a specific group of users to access private network data and resources securely over the Internet or other networks. Although using public networks, a VPN inherits the characteristics of a private network, hence the acronym of "Virtual" Private Network. It's the concurrent use of tunneling, encryption, authentication, and access control over a public network that basically characterizes a VPN.
Our VPN Load Balancing feature allows the user to configure the distribution of the VPN traffic across the different WAN ports. Our Multi-linking feature allows multiple Internet connections through each WAN interface. A VPN between two C1000s can utilize up to four of these multi-linked connections, bringing the added benefits of reliability, stability, and speed. Should any one of these connections fail, the VPN will remain, retaining the connection between the two VPN endpoints.
Economical Bandwidth upgrade
The C1000 is the best way to upgrade bandwidth and save money. A T1 Leased Line's monthly cost is about four times that of 512K DSL in the US. The monthly cost of a T1 Leased Line in Taiwan is even more extreme - about 30 to 40 times that of 512K DSL. Using the C1000 to combine three 512K DSL lines will cut down on your network construction cost.
Network Backup/Integration
The C1000 enables businesses to use multiple Internet connections including ADSL, Cable Modem, Leased Line, and Frame Relay and combine the bandwidth to provide the most cost-effective Internet service. The C1000 continuously monitors the status of all available Internet connections, and automatically detects link failures. In the event of an outage, traffic is dynamically routed to the available links, transparent to the user.
Multi-linkTraditionally one WAN port is limited to one Internet connection. With the Multi-Link feature of the C1000, each WAN port can be connected to a router, hub, or switch, which in turn can be connected to multiple Internet connections. This helps enterprises establish highly reliable fault-tolerant data centers.
Fail-over detectionC1000's active Fail-over detection will give you the most stable network environment. Your network administrator will receive a warning message via e-mail whether this particular connection has failed, and find out the causes by diagnosis tools in common use, such as N-Hop TTL or Ping Host IP.

Network Protection & Monitoring
C1000's built-in firewall divides the intranet from the external network, protecting all servers and PCs from attacks. Users can setup email addresses that will receive notices upon any link being disconnected or reconnected.
IP and Port MappingIP Mapping allows one internal virtual IP to correspond to one external real IP, and all service requests to the external IP will then be transmitted to the virtual IP. C1000 supports up to 256 IP mappings.Port mapping allows requests on certain ports to be transmitted to an internal virtual IP. This allows a PC to perform as a "virtual server." For instance, an internal PC that functions as a web server may receive requests that were addressed on port 80 of an external real IP. C1000 supports up to 256 port mappings.
User behavior MonitoringWhen complaints of network congestion arise, you know your expensive bandwidth upgrades didn't solve your problems. Do you know exactly what is affecting your network?
C1000's NetFlow feature collects real-time data on users' behavior, and can break it down by user IP, specific protocols, bandwidth, etc. If NetFlow is coupled with NETTRACKER, Neteyes' excellent network monitoring software, network usage can be further monitored, with clear, detailed, statistical graphs. Low-priority or improper behavior can then be restricted, freeing up valuable resources.
boosts your business opportunities
Whatever network slowdowns your company experiences, the C1000's Load Balancing and other features can help. C1000 is a complete solution for your enterprises' network.
NETTRACKER allocated Neteyes C1000 will provide you detail, realized statistical graphs about internal users' behavior on network.
Other Features
Support Transparent ModeTransparent mode allows internal network Internet addresses to correspond with real Internet addresses allotted by the ISP.
SNMP supportC1000 supports SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol) and can collect information on which network nodes to use for network flow monitoring and managing.
Firewall & QoSThe Firewall function allows administrators to block unwanted access from the Internet and also deny internal users' requests for specific destinations.
C1000's QoS feature can provide higher priority and bandwidth to specific services, guaranteeing a specified throughput level for important applications.
The Firewall and QoS features allow administrators to fine-tune their network, protecting network resources and increasing efficiency.
