Nursery and Reception
Beckbury CofE Primary School
Talking tins In the next 2 weeks, the children will all have a personalised tin in the classroom. These tins will provide a space for children to place something in from home that relates to our topic. A note will be sent home asking for something to go in the tin and then the children will take it in turns to show the contents of their “Talking Tins” and we will encourage the others to ask questions. We are looking forward to seeing what‘s inside. The first object we would like the children to ring in will be a photo / photo of the members of their family. These will need to be in school by 25th September.
PE Children’s PE days will be Wednesday and Fridays. Nursery children need to be wearing something suitable or have pumps and shorts to change into. Reception children will need to have a fully labelled PE kit in an appropriate bag in class. Unless asked the PE kits will stay in school for half a term. Contributions
