Audio Assignment: You are to record a newscast of something happening anywhere outside Korea. It can be about politics, technology, human interest, sports, or any other topic you’d like to report. In your 1 minute newscast you will use all four passives as part of the dialog in your newscast. You can use each example more than once if you choose to do so. Expectations and Goals After completing this assignment, you will have a further understanding of the 4 passives (simple present, simple past, present perfect, future with will) and how to communicate using them effectively. You will be graded on the accuracy of your newscast, your use of the 4 passives, speaking clarity and fluency.
