    The activity started in partnership in 1978, but the turning point occurred in 2002 with the adoption of its own brand which, around a core of operating partners, each with different and complementary specializations, aggregates staff with many years of experience, promoting a virtuous circuit that has research and development in first place.

    Thanks to a strongly customer-oriented strategy, Incoplan is able to manage every customization as a standard project. The flexibility of Incoplan’s organization allows the company to be competitive in all countries, finding ad hoc solutions for the various world markets.

    The network of agents and distributors, not only capillary within European borders, is highly motivated by people and organizations able to promote the exceptional performance of the product, thanks also to the support from the parent company, which involves skills and professional experience of international thickness.

    The operational headquarter is located in Mareno di Piave, fifty kilometers north of Venice. The office complex, outside the production structure, houses the general management and the technical, commercial and administrative services. It is built with the same components used for drying systems, while a large glass surface is the symbol of the clarity of the relationships established with the markets.

    Adjacent to the offices is the structure where the production of the structural elements takes place (columns, trusses, panels), the preassembly of the process components (heating, ventilation, humidification) and where the quality control and testing activities of the Classe Modular 3000 are concentrated.

    DRYING KILNS FOR FIREWOODKilns designed primarily for drying firewood.This line of dryers has a capacity of 10 up to 120 cages and / or pallets and can be fed with either a hot water or gas heat exchanger heating system with direct burner, LPG or methane.The structure is made up of profiles and panels completely in aluminium alloy and the ventilation system is reversible axial. The management of the drying process is automatic and customizable according to the customer’s needs.

  • The KDM Easy analyses consumptions and calculates the drying costs for each cycle by checking the electrical and thermal power used in real time. It also provides for the possibility of selecting time slots in which to reduce the electrical power used to adapt to the needs of the individual customer.

    The KDM Easy allows you to have at your service an Auto-learning system that guides the drying process making it, automatically, faster or slower according to the customizable parameters and provides a prediction of the end of the drying.

    System that allows you to manage the speed and turbulence of the air inside the wood stacks through 8 digital anemometers, thus creating a homogeneous air flow and superior drying quality.

    The KDM E-15 controller is the brain of the drying management system which, combined with a series of high quality sensors, allow you to monitor the process in all its parameters:• up to 32 wood humidity probes• up to 8 air temperature and humidity sensors• up to 8 air speed and turbulence sensors

    KDM is the Incoplan integrated system designed to have every single aspect of the drying process under control at any time and in any place.The electrical cabinet is designed and tested at home to ensure quick installation on site. The KDM controller manages the drying cycle automatically, monitors it and records and archives all events.

    The COAT panel, an exclusive Incoplan project, is composed of two protective aluminium alloy sheets and a specific panel for use in glass wool as insulation. The joining system between the panels is guaranteed by aluminium alloy profiles and gaskets based on the exclusive INCOPLAN design, a system that reduces the use of silicone sealant by 90%. It is multipurpose on all cell surfaces and facilitates assembly especially in adverse weather conditions.

    CLASSE MODULAR 3000 STRUCTUREStructure entirely built in aluminium alloy, an exclusive Incoplan project, assembled in modules that determine a perfect balance between the weight of the aluminium used and the performance in place. The structure of the CM3000 also guarantees simplification and standardization of construction and assembly operations, optimizing product performance.

    The main door for timber loading is composed of a frame made of extruded aluminium alloy profiles and seals in special rubbers, both designed exclusively for Incoplan. Its opening is full kiln width and useful height. According to different needs, the door can be sliding with a manual or electric hydraulic trolley, with overlapping or lateral sliding, with hinged doors up to a total of six with overhead rails, and special ones with up and down movement.

    INSPECTION DOORThe “pedestrian-type” service door is housed in a panel of the walls to allow inspection and maintenance during the timber treatment process. Made entirely of aluminium and the same thermal insulation of the walls with seals for the hermetic seal.

    Between the chamber roof and the wood there is a false ceiling built in three modules in corrugated aluminium sheet made in our workshop, with the aim of creating a correct and homogeneous divided air flow through the wood. Easy for assembly with an access to fans for normal checks and maintenance.

    DAMPERS WITH HEAT RECOVERY UNITS

    HUMIDIFICATIONThe humidification system is made up of atomising nozzles and stainless steel pipes. It is calculated to maintain the necessary hygrometric balance between wood and the interior of the room. It can be directed with humidification with only filtered water or mixed with water and compressed air to improve efficiency and durability.

    HEATING WITH HEAT EXCHANGERIt consists of one or more copper / aluminium bimetal heat exchangers, or stainless steel / aluminium with union collectors in flanged stainless steel tubing. The feed fluid can be hot water at 95 ° C, superheated water up to 160 ° C, or pressurized steam from 0.5 to 5.0 bar, or diathermic oil up to 320 ° C. Together with the ventilation system and a motorized regulation valve, it guarantees and maintains the internal chamber heating required by the KDM management system.

    HEATING WITH A GAS BURNERIt consists of a gas burner and a specific electric extractor for the extraction of combustion fumes, both positioned outside the cell. Inside the cell is installed a heat exchanger formed by a stainless steel serpentine tube, which works in depression in total safety and not mixing the combustion fumes inside the kiln. The management is fully integrated with the KDM drying cycle control and is integrated in the chamber and it has a low annual maintenance.

    HEATING WITH ELECTRIC RESISTANCESIt is a system that is mainly used where there is a low cost of electricity. It is made up of one or more heating batteries made up of stainless steel armored heating element modules, with multi-level control of the overall electric power management. It is equipped with thermostats and components to operate safely. The management is fully integrated with the KDM drying cycle control and is integrated in the chamber and does not require maintenance.

    VENTILATION SYSTEM

    DAMPERS

    Made up of electric motors ranging from 1.5 kW to 7.5 kW, built specifically for operation inside the dryer, in conditions of high humidity and temperature, from 95 ° C to 135 ° C. They are made with specifications on our project, with special bearings, seals and stainless steel screws. They are combined with high-performance reversible axial fans, made entirely of die-cast aluminium and electronically balanced.

    Aluminium dampers with butterfly opening system and double stop with silicone gasket. Positioned on the roof and equipped with low voltage actuator for opening and closing. Equipped with an aluminium box for housing the electric servomotor and its connections. It is possible to apply to them a structure containing sound-absorbing panels for the containment of acoustic emissions.

    In addition to the dampers, a simple hydraulic system consisting of bimetallic heat exchangers with air / glycol exchange and a circulator recover part of the heat dispersed during the exchange of moist air. It does not need additional fans; it has an electricity consumption of only 130W and minimal maintenance over time.

  • The power supply can be hot water, superheated water, steam or diathermic oil.The dryer has an aluminium alloy bearing structure with mechanical and chemical characteristics suitable for the drying process of the wood; high thermal insulation thanks to the exclusive COAT panel, unique without silicone.
