GolfMark is the national accreditation scheme designed to support all golf clubs, however big or small, achieve a positive impact on four key areas of business:

The revised GolfMark programme has a strong focus on ongoing improvement to help clubs develop and progress. This features a number of processes including, self-evaluation and benchmarking to measure impact and the integration of high performing areas to support clubs to continually improve and enable them to become high performing.

Through the GolfMark process, clubs will produce an annual action plan which will provide an effective means of maintaining the GolfMark standards, pinpoint action areas to address and highlight priorities for individual club.

GolfMark confirms your club has achieved the recognised safeguarding standards giving parents confidence when choosing a club for their children.

GolfMark clubs are more attractive to local schools because GolfMark assures child-friendly systems and procedures which schools look for. Schools are also encouraged to signpost pupils to GolfMark clubs.

Every GolfMark club will also be recognised by Sport England as a Clubmark facility, a national standard for quality sports clubs recognised across the country.
