S&S 124” SUpEr SIDEwInDEr™ plUS EngInEThe S&S 124” 4 1/8” bore Super Sidewinder™ Plus has it all. This engine makes unbelievable power and will fit in a stock H-D® frame. We recommend this engine for experienced riders who are seeking the ultimate in street performance. The S&S HVHP oil pump, S&S compression releases, piston cooling oil jets, chrome die cast rocker covers, & roller rocker arms are standard equipment on every Sidewinder™ Plus engine. The compression ratio is 10.8:1 with a S&S 640 cam shaft and S&S forged pistons.
S&S 113”, 107” & 100” 4” borE EngInESFlywheels come complete with mainshaft and connecting rods. Gear case components including camshaft with spacer and thrust washer, breather gear, oil pump drive gears, pinion gear, pinion gear nut, and pinion bearing assembly. S&S billet oil pump assembly complete with gears, gaskets, and mounting hardware. S&S adjustable pushrods, pushrod cover assemblies, hydraulic tappets, and HL2T kit. Intake manifold with seals, mounting clamps and screws, and rocker arm shafts.
S&S 96” 3 5/8” borE EngInES&S has made the 96” an even better value with the new S&S 585 camshaft for better performance and reliability. This engine comes with chrome rocker covers, roller rocker arms, & S&S Super E carburetor.

S&S Connecting Rod sets are top quality, heavy duty replacement rods for stock or modified H-D® engines. These beefier rods are made from 4340 EQ aircraft quality chrome moly steel. Heat treatment specifications used are harder than stock. JImS® 116” TwIn Cam® STrokEr kITS wITH CYlInDErSThe new 3-piece Twin Cam® flywheel assemblies feature an integral pinion shaft and sprocket shaft for maximum stability and resistance to flywheel distortion. Each kit ships pre-balanced, and is assembled with a press fit hollow crank pin. This combined with JIMS® bullet proof H-beam forged machined connection rods results in the strongest assembly possible. Like all JIMS® flywheels assemblies, forged machined blanks are used to replace conventional billet material for improved strength and gain structure. These assemblies are also fully machined on the latest CNC mills and lathes. JIMS® is offering cylinders manufactured from aerospace quality cast aluminum. These cylinders are available in both plain or black wrinkle finish. The combination of a 3-piece flywheel assembly, forged connection rods, and aluminum cylinders equates to an unbeatable performance package.
JImS® 116” TwIn Cam® STrokEr kITS For Fl, DYnaThis flywheel assembly is designed to be installed in a stock motor by boring the cases, however the motor is taller due to the longer stroke. Please note: you must order a gasket kit to reseal the motor. This kit, when properly installed, will produce approximately 130 hp, with 145 ft./lbs of torque at the sprocket shaft. These JIMS® cylinders are available in either plain or black wrinkle finish. This kit also requires a JIMS®
performance manifold or spacer.

JImS® 116” TwIn Cam® b SoFTaIl® STrokEr kITSThis exceptional performance upgrade allows you to transform your stock 88 cubic inch balanced Softail® into a 116” high performance engine. Proven performance is the bottom line when it comes to the construction and quality of these kits. Each kit is built with forged CNC machined flywheels with integral pinion and sprocket shafts and pressed fit with a OEM style crankpin. These kits feature the proven pressedon balancer chain gear with a micro finished main bearing race and retainer ring. To combat the distortional forces of combustion, JIMS® forged and shot peened “H” beam connection rods with JIMS® forged aluminum stroker pistons, and hardened steel wrist pins mating with solid bronze connection rod bushings.

The crank pin is the heart of your engine…why take a chance? Everything revolves around this component. For this reason Jim’s machining has spent three years developing the ultimate three hole fuel drag bike crank pin. Premium aerospace quality alloy bar steel is used. This chromium nickel molybdenum steel offers excellent strength and toughness. After heat treating to 60-62 RC to a case depth of .100 each pin is machined with a “J” thread, making the thread 20-30% stronger. Finally pins are ground to a 16 micron finish with a diamond grinding wheel and then polished to a 6 micron finish. Each pin is then laser marked with its individual serial number for documentation. 2 high performance crank pin nuts and key are also included.

This Flow Pro 1 will give an increase in oil return scavenge volume over stock pumps.Features:• Increase horsepower by decreasing drag on the fly-wheels and other
rotating parts.• All stock or aftermarket outer oil pump covers will work with this oil
pump. Polished Billet 6061-T651 aluminum, C.N.C. machined to exact tolerance for the most durable, strong and wear resistant oil pumps.

One position gives 40 advance to the original timing and another position is 40 retarded to the original timing. Overall, an 80 timing range is available with the Hi-Roller Crane camshafts for your Big Twin.
wHaT DoES a CHangE oF Cam TImIng Do? An advance in cam timing will lower the power band of the engine, while retarding the cam will raise the power band. Of course the amount of change will vary depending on other engine components. generally we’re talking about a two or three hundred RPM power band change each way.
How Can IT HElp TUnE THE EngInE? Different applications of an engine may require a change in RPM ranges. More cam advance will add torque for low end performance for touring or heavy machines. For race applications, raising or lowering the power band may be needed to obtain better low end torqueor high end speed.

Made in America by JIMS®, these EVO billet tappet blocks are made from 7075 T651 with a tensile strength of 83,000 PSI, which is double the amount of 6061-T6 and almost triple the amount of cast tappet blocks. Billet EVO tappet blocks are designed to accommodate a gross valve lift of .655” at the valves. This is about .350” at the tappets, leaving a clearance of .035 roller to block freeplay. Will clear most small base circle cams having a lift of .600” or more. Any cam over .655” lift needs to be checked and should have .035” to .045” roller to block clearance. Please note that if using a cam with a higher lift, a simple modification to tappet blocks is all that is needed. Caution: you still need to follow cam manufacturers guidelines. All this accomplished by producing the proper amount of vacuum in the crank case at all rpm ranges. Large displacement engines will benefit because the krank vent allows piston rings to seal better and helps to reduce the problem of blowing oil out the breather. Engines will benefit from the increased power, response, and mileage produced by these krank vents.
