Who we are:
1. A network of individuals across Canada
2. Advocacy work to encourage Canada to be a better global citizen
3. An incubator of systemic change
Goals:• To spread awareness about strategies on campus
• To establish a sustainable political network to help galvanize our portfolio into action
Political Advocacy 2013-2014
Advocacy Strategy:• Ensuring a smooth transition of CIDA to Department of
Foreign Affairs and Trade and formulating a vision for Canada’s international aid.
• Implementing policy requiring international mining companies based in Canada to be transparent with regards to their transactions in Africa.
