ENGINE OIL ALERTING SYSTEM ABSTRACT The objective of this project is to monitor and control the engine oil level to avoid the damage of pistons and to stabiles the temperature level of the engine to avoid thermal discomforts. Engine oil level products utilize thermal dispersion as the sensing technology which yields a highly sensitive and low power element. Level sensors have no moving parts to clog or foul, maintenance costs are virtually eliminated. Level element designs are available for either flanged or threaded process connections through the reservoir or gearbox and are equipped with a float sensor lead to the electronics. Multi- point level sensing element designs are available for separate elevations in a reservoir. Temperature product designs most often utilize precision, platinum RTD (resistance temperature detector) or LM35 as the sensing technology; however, depending on specific application needs, we provided and may recommend designs using LM35 or thermocouple technologies.
