We are also the only jewelry store in the mall to employ a full time jeweler on staff to set and size your ring on site.

Lifetime Warranty:Your mounting is fully guaranteed against all defects in materials and workmanship for twelve months from the date of purchase. Should a defect present itself simply return it to a Preferred Jeweler with your registration card and we will repair or replace it at no charge.

Jewelry should always be handled with extreme care to assure its longev-ity. In order to help you maintain the security of your diamond, as well as provide a replacement of any missing diamonds from the setting (up to .20 ct), Preferred Jewelers offers a Lifetime Warranty*

Provided that: 1. Your jewelry is inspected and serviced at a Preferred Jeweler at least every 6 months, and has been documented in our Preferred Jewelers International database. 2. Your jewelry has not been subjected to an accident or abnormal wear. 3. Repairs to your jewelry are promptly made as recommended. After many years or wear a ring may need non warranty maintenance, which is just a small cost of preserving a valuable heirloom.

Free Lifetime Maintenance at any Preferred Jeweler:In order to maintain the beauty and longevity of your jewelry, we will at no charge:

1. Inspect the prongs, channels and setting work. 2. Tighten any diamond or gemstone found to be loose, and straighten any bent prongs. 3. Polish and clean your jewelry.

*This warranty does not supersede the warranty supplied by the retailer where your purchase was made. This is an additional warranty valid in any Preferred Jeweler International retail location.

Preferred Jeweler International is a nationwide chain of jewelry retail stores that are all dedicated to providing excellence in service, support and value. That is why with this warranty you are able to visit one of the many locations for reliable assistance aside from the store where you made your initial purchase.

This warranty is invalid should any jeweler other than thoses members of Preferred Jewelers Internaional work on your item.

Remember to keep your Nationwide Warranty card in a safe place as it will be requird whenever your jewelry is inspected or serviced.
