large number of turbulators (ribs)

Situation
The H2-shaft sealing is complex and fault-prone
During the manufacturing process of steel/ white alloy
seal rings has many time lacks of babbit fusion
A lot of parameter influence the life time of seal rings like
seal oil pressure, mass flow, vibration etc.
A fault of the seal ring reduce the availabilty of the plant
and reduce the profit
