Compared to 2000 levels, in 2007/2008 Ecotrek had achieved:

• 23% reduction of energy consumption per m2

• 35% reduction of water consumption per m2

• 23% reduction of GHG emissions per m2

• 86% reduction in NOx emissions

• $15-20M reduction in deferred maintenance

• Improved indoor air quality

• Enhanced reputation for leadership in sustainability
