Thai Government plans to accelerate

alternative energy consumption by revising

the proportions of production and consumption

of renewable energy in the alternative

energy development plan (2012-2021).

Under the revising proportions, approved by

the National Energy Ploicy Committee on

16 July 2013, the overall ratio of alternative

energy would keep the target of 25 percent

out of total energy consumption in 2021.

Details of the energy proportions derived

from renewable are as follows.
