ENDOTHERMIC GAS GENERATORS

The Wild Barfield/Wellman range of endothermic gas generators are based on a robust well proven design, complemented by modern materials of construction and advanced process controls. Generators can be gas or electrically heated and are available for outputs of 15m3/hr to 180 m3/hr. The generators are modular in construction and are fitted with an automatic turn down system.

Design Features: • Output 15m3/hr to 180m3/hr • Modular construction for up rating to higher

capacity • Electrically or Gas heated • Multi-tube catalyst retorts for optimum ‘cracking’

(EN120 – EN180) • Better than 5:1 automatic turn down • Natural convection air cooling (no water or

electric) • Fully automatic operation • PLC control with HMI for control and datalogging • Range of gas quality control devices (dewpoint,

CO2) • Conforms to BS EN 746:3
