CommitteeVicePresidentBusinessDevelopment.WeareproudtosupportAvielashecontinueshisgrowthinAIESEC,andbelievehewouldmakeagreatadditiontothenational

team.

Aviel’sprogressioninthisorganizationhasbeenfast,butwelldeserved.Fromsummer

marketertoVicePresidentCorporateRelations,histransitionwasseamlessandhisnew

perspectivesbroughtalonganeededchangetothelocalcommittee.AfterbecomingLCP,

hebuiltastrongteamofpassionateindividualswiththesamedesiretorebuildAIESEC

Calgary.ThechallengesthathehasfacedinhisshorttimeinAIESEChavebeenextremely

difficult,buthewasabletomanageeachonewellandwithcomposure.Eachchallenge

broughtonnewchange,andhasconsistentlycontributedtothegrowthofAIESECCalgarytoday.Hisinnovativeideasandthoroughanalysisofallsituationshasledtohissuccessin

increasingthelevelofcorporaterelationsactivityinAIESECCalgary.Hissuccessisatrue

testamenttohisperseveranceandunderstandingofwhatAIESECcanbe.

Hissalesabilityiswellknownandundeniable,andhasbuilthimastrongreputationacross

theCanada.Hissuccesscomesfromhisstrongstrategicandanalyticalskills,balancedbyhis

consistentdesiretocreateawin-winsituationforall.Thisgoodnaturehasservedhimwell

inmanyaspects,andwouldcarrythroughtohisroleasMCVPBusinessDevelopment.Aviel

hasprovenhispassionandcommitmenttoAIESEC,andhasbeenalargecontributiontothe

recentsuccessAIESECCalgaryhasseen.

IbelieveAvielisthebestcandidateforMCVPBusinessDevelopment.Havingdeveloped

bothapersonalandprofessionalrelationshipwithAviel,Ihaveseenhisdesiretobetter

himselfaswellaseverythingaroundhim.Helooksatthebiggerpicture,andnotonlywants

tohelpAIESECCalgarygrow,buttheorganizationasawhole.Beingonthenationalteam

wouldbeagreatlearningexperienceforhim,aswellastherestoftheAIESECCanadato

learnfromhim.Heiscommittedtothegrowthofothers,andcontinuestohelpthose

aroundhimdevelopthemselvesandachievetheirgoals.TheExecutiveBoardofAIESEC

Calgaryisinspiredbyhispassionandambition.Histeammanagementandteambuilding

skillshavebeenprovenbythecohesivenessandexcitementthisEBshows.Hisleadershiphasputthisteamonapathtosuccess,andwecanbesuretofollowthisdirectionevenifhe

isnottheretodirectlyguideus.Althoughitwillbesadtoseehimleave,weknowitwould

beselfishtoholdhimbackfromdoingwhatheiscapableof:contributingtotheoverall

successofAIESEConanationallevel.Heisagreatteamplayer,andisdrivenbyteam

success,notjusthisown.AvielencompassestheAIESECspiritandvalues,andisaproven

exampleofthebenefitAIESECcanbeforanyindividual.Hisgrowthisunparalleled,but

whathebringstoAIESEChasalreadysurpassedwhatAIESECbroughttohim.Heisselfless

andwillcontinuethisaspartoftheMemberCommitteeofAIESECCanada.
