enCORE is a platform to jumpstart festivals in Harlingen, Texas. The festivals will help to revitalize an under used and under developed area by bringing a more diverse demographic to the city.
! We are “Creating a Scene” hoping to gather a community of artists that, together, enjoy and bring life to “Rock Field” all year long.
Creating this free, true form of expression will open new avenues for community
development and unity. enCORE is innovative in that it is starting an artistic movement that will transcend generations.
