APPLICATIONThe operators involved in the removal of the asbestos must be properly protected as required by law.Dilute 1 part of product with 0,25 parts of clean water.Apply MALVINSTOP on both surfaces of asbestos.Remove being careful to the disassembly of all fastening systems to avoid damages to the sheets.Handle the sheets carefully to avoid possible damages with the consequent dispersion of fibers.Stacking and palletizing in order to allow easy moving.Treat again the pallet to be handled by repeating the spraying operation with MALVINSTOP.Seal and pack the pallet with a suitable plastic. Don’t apply on frozen substrates, with frost or possible frost in 24 hours. Don’t apply with driving rain.Shake well before using.Thickness of application 80-150 µm.We suggest to apply MALVINSTOP with a temperature between + 5 ° C and + 30 ° C.

SUMMARYThe temporary encapsulation for the pretreatment of asbestos-cement sheets to remove according to UNI 10686 type D (stop in a non-definitive way the release of asbestos fibers from the sheets and allow the handling, the transportation and the disposal working safely) will be realized with a primer based on copolymers in water dispersion, type “MALVINSTOP” by MALVIN S.r.l., applied diluted 1 part of product and 0,25 parts of water in a min. thickness of 80-150 µm with a brush or by spray, with a yield of 4/5 mq/lt of product diluted depending on the absorption of the substrate.
