Registration/monitoring of Financial, Mobility and Academic outputs for EACEA

• When? – after selection procedure and establishing of final absolute ranking list, consortium to input scholars' data before deadline of 15 April 2015.

• Why? – Mandatory supporting tool at time of reporting for all consortia

- Dissemination/evaluation; for EACEA, beneficiaries, National Structures, EU Delegations, Audits

When & How? Working with the EMT

• Pre-submission phase;

– Agency configures and prepares tool for end user (co-ordinators)

• Submission phase;

– Individuals data Main and Reserve list + View section by co-ordinators

• Selection phase

– Final encoded students' data appear on Main and Reserve list. No more participants can be added. Only via Request function.

• Implementation phase

– Mobility & financial aspects (to encode on regular basis)

– Request changes of data encoded

– Generate outputs for all reports

• Post-implementation phase;

– After submission of the Final Report database is closed

– read-only access to data
