Dieter Hertling started speaking and training at a very young age. As the Valedictorian of his high school he facilitated his first motivational speech and never looked back. As a former top sales producer in the financial services industry, Dieter’s unique selling proposition was that of “an educator and motivator of his business partners.” Dieter then moved on to pursue his passion for motivat-ing and inspiring others, and quickly worked his way up the ranks of the corporate learning and development space. Having held Chief Learning Officer and Director level positions with IndyMac Bank, AHM Invest-ment Corporation and Citigroup, Dieter has built world-class learning platforms supporting in excess of 20,000 employees. He has been recognized by Training Magazine and professional colleagues as one of the top 100 learning executives in the world for his innovation and leadership, along with his dynamic and engaging platform skills. In 2011, Dieter was recognized by social media giant, LinkedIn™ as one of the "Top Five Recommended People in the World” and the worlds #1 Recommended Career Coach. Dieter holds numerous training and executive coaching certifications/accreditations through the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD), The International Society of Performance Improvement (ISPI), Achieve Global and DDI. Dieter holds a BS from Western Washington University and an MBA from the University of Washington. Dieter resides in Seattle, Washington with his wife and three children.
