THE SPIRITUAL CONTROLS THE PHYSICAL Life is more spiritual than Physical The spiritual Controls the physical Ephesians 6:12 Living Bible (TLB) 12  For we are not fighting against people made of

flesh and blood, but against persons without bodies—the evil rulers of the unseen world, those mighty satanic beings and great evil princes of darkness who rule this world; and against huge numbers of wicked spirits in the spirit world

2 Cor 10:3-5 3. It is true that I am an ordinary, weak human being, but I don’t use

human plans and methods to win my battles. 

4 I use God’s mighty weapons, not those made by men, to knock down

the devil’s strongholds.  5 These weapons can break down every proud argument against God and every wall that can be built to keep men from finding him. With these weapons I can capture rebels and bring them back to God and change them into men whose hearts’ desire is obedience to Christ. That is why we are talking about spiritual things The visible came from the invisible realm. There is more to life than being a Chartered Accountants.

THE BLESSINGS OF THE LORD

Numbers 23 v 20: Behold, I have received commandment to bless: and

he hath blessed; and I cannot reverse it. This is a day of blessings. Blessings is stronger than

curses. Prov 10v22 – The blessing of the LORD, it make

rich, and he add no sorrow with it. The blessings of the Lord, not ACA/FCA

Deut. 8 v 18 – But thou shalt remember the LORD thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he sware unto thy fathers, as it is this day

God gives power to get wealth So many Chartered Accountants without anything to

show for life If life comfort is by qualification; Chartered

Accountants should never suffer but enjoying the good things of life. But it is not by qualification(s) but by the blessings of the Lord.

Psalm 127 v 1-2: 1.Except the LORD build the house, they labour in vain that build it: except the LORD keep the city, the watchman waketh but in vain 2 It is vain for you to rise up early, to sit up late, to eat the bread of

sorrows: for so he giveth his beloved sleep. It is blessing you need

3 John v 2: Beloved, I wish above all things that thou may prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prosper God want you to prosper.

Ps. 35 v 27: Let them shout for joy, and be glad, that favour my

righteous cause: yea, let them say continually, Let the LORD be magnified, which hath pleasure in the prosperity of his servant

 God takes pleasure when his people prosper Gen. 12 v 1-3:

V2. And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing

You are not blessed unless you are a blessing to your world.

What makes rich is BLESSINGS not certificate/qualification/Age/Experience

I AM BLESSED, I CANNOT BE CURSED. Isa. 65 v 8. Thus saith the LORD, As the new wine is found in the cluster,

and one saith, Destroy it not; for a blessing is in it: so will I do for my servants' sakes, that I may not destroy them all.

Blessing makes you indestructible. Whatever has blessings on it cannot be destroyed. I am a carrier of blessings. There is blessing upon my life, I CANNOT BE DESTROYED What you need is the blessings of the LORD, not

CONNECTIONS.

GIVING TO THE LORD

Giving is living John 3v16: For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son,

that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life

Input will determine output What you give is what you get out of life

Gen 8 v 22: “While the earth remains, Seedtime and harvest, Cold and

heat,Winter and summer, And day and night Shall not cease

Gal. 6 v 7: Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man

sows, that he will also reap

Isaiah 1v19 (TLB):  If you will only let me help you, if you will only obey,

then I will make you rich! Isa. 55v10: For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from

heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater

Seed is for sowing Most of the things we considered as blessings are seeds

in our hands. God is testing you, if you will return with His share

(called seed).

i. TITHE

Malachi 3v8-10: 8 Will a man rob God? Yet ye have robbed me. But ye say,

Wherein have we robbed thee? In tithes and offerings. 9 Ye are cursed with a curse: for ye have robbed me, even this

whole nation. 10 Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be

meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and

pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it. A Blessing: All you need is a blessing from the Lord.

10% of your salary/profit belongs to God Tithing will open the windows of heaven for you. All your tithe should be brought into the house of God

Tithe is a command, it is not optional.Tithe is like tax (PAYE), you cannot borrow it.If you are owing God, please pay now.Those who eat their tithes are robbers according to

Mal. 3v8-9Prov 6.v30-31: 30 Men do not despise a thief, if he steal to satisfy his soul

when he is hungry; 31 But if he be found, he shall restore sevenfold; he shall

give all the substance of his house. if you catch a thief; he has to pay 700% of what he

has stolen according to Pro 6:31Everybody pays tithe - You either pay your tithe to

God or you pay it to the devil

ii. OFFERING Mal. 3v8: You rob me in TITHE AND OFFERING. Gen 8 v 22: “While the earth remains, Seedtime and harvest, Cold and heat, Winter

and summer, And day and night Shall not cease Gal. 6 v 7: Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that

he will also reap For Offering, you have to give your level per time Your level of increase should reflect in your offering to God Widow’s mite (Luke 21:1-4) She gave the BEST. Not in volume but in the QUALITY OF SEED E.g if you are at an income level of N100,000 per month and

your offering is N100. If your income increases to N2,000,000 per month, you must not give God N100 as offering. Your income level per time must reflect in your offering to God.

Mal 1 v 6-8: 6 A son honoureth his father, and a servant his master: if then I be a

father, where is mine honour? and if I be a master, where is my fear? saith the LORD of hosts unto you, O priests, that despise my name. And ye say, Wherein have we despised thy name?

7 Ye offer polluted bread upon mine altar; and ye say, Wherein have we polluted thee? In that ye say, The table of the LORD is contemptible.

8 And if ye offer the blind for sacrifice, is it not evil? and if ye offer the lame and sick, is it not evil? offer it now unto thy governor; will he be pleased with thee, or accept thy person? saith the LORD of hosts.

What you are giving to God as offering, can you offer it to your governor?

Gal 6v7: Whatever you sow, you will reap.

iii. SACRIFICE (KINGDOM PROMOTION)

Ps. 126v5-6 5 They that sow in tears shall reap in joy. 6 He that goeth forth and weepeth, bearing precious seed, shall

doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him.

Sacrifice: Painful giving. Giving with huge cost Giving towards a particular need in the church (sacrificial giving)

It may be: A building project Musical instrument Sound System Power (Generator) Air Conditioners Etc.

Find out from your Pastor what is needed to make the house of God beautiful.

Sacrificial giving helps you to move up in life There are blessings that will not come to you until

certain seeds leaves your hands.

CSR- Corporate Social Responsibility (Giving to Humanity)

Prov 19v17. 17 He who has pity on the poor lends to the LORD,

And He will pay back what he has given Giving to the poor Giving back to your communities

Giving in form of: - Scholarship - Widow - Fatherless - Less privileged

RIGHTEOUSNESS Job 22v21: 21 Acquaint now thyself with him, and be at peace: thereby good shall come unto

thee. 22 Receive, I pray thee, the law from his mouth, and lay up his words in thine heart. 23 If thou return to the Almighty, thou shalt be built up, thou shalt put away

iniquity far from thy tabernacles. 24 Then shalt thou lay up gold as dust, and the gold of Ophir as the stones of the

brooks. 25 Yea, the Almighty shall be thy defence, and thou shalt have plenty of

silver. 26 For then shalt thou have thy delight in the Almighty, and shalt lift up thy face unto

God. 27 Thou shalt make thy prayer unto him, and he shall hear thee, and thou shalt pay

thy vows. 28 Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee: and the light

shall shine upon thy ways. 29 When men are cast down, then thou shalt say, There is lifting up; and he shall save

the humble person

Prov. 14:34: Righteousness exalts a nation; sin is a reproach to any people. 2 Chro. 7v14. 14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall

humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

gracious unto thee: 26 The LORD lift up his countenance upon thee, and

give thee peace. 27 And they shall put my name upon the children of

Israel, and I will bless them.
