Teguh shows Indra the weekly maintenance scenarios which are generated based on predictive models that take into account all constraints and options – including predicted time to failure, relative importance of that part to overall functioning, availability of staff and parts, production schedules, weather patterns, etc. CC operators evaluate the options based upon their experience and formalize the weekly maintenance schedule. The cycle is repeated on a daily basis to fine tune schedules based upon last minute changes and/or sensor readings.
08:30 AMWeekly schedules as well as daily schedule updates are then transmitted directly to the ruggedized tablets of each maintenance engineer.
