• To gauge employer commitment to the learning programme

• To ensure employer’s involvement and support from the induction stage

• To explain ISA Training’s processes and procedures

• To forge effective working relations with quality employers

Discussion with Employers

• How long the salon has been trading

• How many staff they have put though a training programme over the past 2 years

• How many trainees have achieved an NVQ

• If they have individuals dedicated to training others

• How often they would like to be involved in learners reviews

Annually held conferences attended by Salon/Business Owners and Managers.
