Convenient. Easy. Protected.The CDPHP® employer and broker sites give you the ability to manage your account at any time, from any place with internet access. And because confidentiality is always our top priority, your account information is not only easily accessible, but it’s also always protected and secure.

Getting StartedIf you’re not registered to use the site, go to www.cdphp.com and select Register to create an account.

Managing Your AccountWhen you register, you’ll get 24/7 access to your group’s account, with the ability to:

f Enroll, terminate, and update members

f Update and change member demographic and personal information

f View and print a temporary PDF version of members’ ID cards, and order new ID cards if necessary

fObtain health funding reports

f Access an abundance of information and forms, like health care comparative information, newsletters, and pharmacy information. The Resources menu gives you all the tools you need to manage your account and assist members with questions.

E-Bill: Viewing and Paying Invoices OnlineThe benefits don’t end there. Additional features include E-Bill, an online payment system that offers you the added convenience of viewing and paying your invoices online. This valuable tool will allow you to:

f Access online self-serve billing services f View invoices online (current, with 11 months of history) f Reconcile and download a subscriber roster fMake payments online f Get printable payment vouchers

10 HELPFUL HINTS

1 User ID and password are case sensitive. » Completing the security question in the Password Preferences menu will allow you to reset your password if forgotten.

2 All transactions are real time.

3 When a transaction is submitted, a confirmation number is generated.

4 Subscriber/member reinstatements, Medicare, and COBRA transactions are not available.

5 Limit transactions for any given member to one per day.

6 Members can be added before an existing group’s effective date and enrollment will go into a “pending” status.

» New groups can enroll new members before their effective date.

7 A Social Security number is not required information for an individual who is less than 12 months old.

8 For members whose addresses include a P.O. Box, the Street 1 field can be used to enter the post office box.

9 To search for a member with an apostrophe in the name, enter the % sign in place of the apostrophe. For example, O’Brien would be searched for by entering O%.

10 The magnifying glass in the Search Options screen allows the user to see all of the groups within the book of business, if applicable.
