Employee Cookout
The annual employee cookout was held Thursday, May 10th and was a
huge success, as always. Employees donated a total of $330 in cash and
four boxes of non-perishable food items to support the Cedar Hill Food
Pantry. To access pictures of the employee cookout, please visit the City’s

Special thanks to:
City Management and City Council for allowing the event.
Parks staff for setting up and breaking down the tables and chairs.

The Animal Shelter now has a Facebook
page! Check it out for current events along with in-
formation on the pet of the week.
A heartfelt thanks goes out to all of the shelter staff
for making the May 5th Adopt A Thon a successful
event!

ter, taking Tia Rich’s posi-
tion (who transferred to
Utility Billing).
Dorinda Rupert is a proud member of the Fire Belles. Every other
month, the fire secretaries from the surrounding cities meet for
lunch to discuss fire department issues. The Fire Belles were start-
ed years ago by Dorinda and the now retired secretary from
Duncanville, Diane West.
