• The Empire State Building was built in 1931 and very sadly five workers died.

• There is more than 6,500 windows and 1,860 steps.

• There are 73 elevators and the cost was 40,948,900.Also there are more than 3.5 million people visit each year.

• And the original owner is Walter P. Chrysler.

Why is it famous?

• It was one of the most famous office buildings.• It is a historical landmarks and it has stared in

movies like King Kong ,Elf, and affair to remember.• It used to be a office building but it is now a

museum.• Also there was a lot of famous people who visited

there like Prince Andrew, Queen Elizabeth, and Bill Clinton.
